Welcome to Condolea, a 55+ Community. We hope you will enjoy living here as much as we all do. In the desire to make your transition to your new home easier we’d like to inform you of some important procedures. Hopefully, you’ve received a copy of our current Handbook which is an informative guide to Condolea operations, committees, rules, bylaws, etc.
You will be contacted soon by our Welcome Committee which is designed to greet new owners, review policies, provide pertinent information and answer any questions you may have about living here. You are also asked to provide them with information regarding age requirements, emergency contacts and other pertinent information.
In the interim, we’d like to remind you that any changes to landscaping, structural modifications, and any changes you wish to make to the exterior of the building or surrounds must be pre-approved by committees and the Board of Directors before any work is undertaken. Please contact us if you want to talk to committee chairs in advance of your purchase or move-in date.
